It has been organized for many years on the last Sunday of October, in the settlement of Kastanofyto, in collaboration with the local cultural association and the Municipality.
The "Chestnut Festival" takes place in the Kastanofyto community and, despite its short duration, is of a hypertonic nature, including a show of traditional costumes, photography and a performance with folk music and dances. Guests are offered free wine and chestnuts of local produce, as well as live traditional music and traditional dance dances.
