In the old town of Kastoria in a mansion house built in 1860, history wanted to become the center of traditional local cuisine. We transformed the ground floor of the mansion, which is stone in a restaurant, keeping the original style and style of the house so that we can convey to the world the mansion, the traditional hospitality and of course the authentic homemade food. The menu of the restaurant is large and varied with an ally of raw materials and pure materials, most of which are absolutely organic, and are supplied by small producers in our region.
Try traditional snacks, gourmet Kastoria beans, meatballs with soft sauce, homemade pies, a wide variety of salads and appetizers, local grilled meats and many cooked meals such as honey-like honey, pork with plums and raisins, aubergine mashed eggplant, pork chops, honey on the hull and much more. All of our dishes are cooked with much taste and locally pure produce.
We follow the seasonal chronology of our dishes using always materials of the season and for example in winter you will taste wonderful salsa with cabbage ripened in brine while in summer all the wonderful momental summer dishes such as stuffed zucchini, imam, brieme, cool salads and many other.
