Cottage industry for small-scale apple processing. All our products come from fresh Kastorian fuji apples of our own production, selected one by one by hand, lightly processed to preserve their beneficial properties, without sugar and preservatives, ready to eat.
I WANT AN APPLE NOW reflects our vision: to include the consumption of this nutritious fruit in the daily diet of consumers. To place the apple not only in the refrigerator but also in its cupboard for ease and speed in its use, thus enjoying its nutritional benefits throughout the year.
Apple pie filling... in short, applesauce, dried apple, apple chutney are the first four products that our consumer friends have already embraced in just a few months!! More to come soon!!
