Enthalpia is a vertically integrated business of production, processing, packaging of herbs and herbal herbal blends and because the raw material is the most important in a manufactured product, over 100 acres of organic herbs are grown. Our philosophy is based on the natural way of cultivating the land and the management of nature's resources by man. By choosing the right crop varieties for the microclimate of the region and the place, using biological practices and natural methods without the use of machines, with manual harvesting at the right time and ideal natural drying conditions, we manage to produce herbs with a special character, a rich aroma, exquisite color while maintaining all their beneficial characteristics.
In addition to organic farming, Enthalpia strives to continuously reduce the company's environmental footprint. So he makes sure to use gentle cultivation practices, without the use of water, natural drying without the use of energy, recyclable packaging and raw materials from the Greek market to minimize transport.
The processing and packaging of the raw materials is done under strict standards by macroscopically checking the raw materials and doing additional laboratory analyzes on most of them. The packaging materials used are suitable for use in food and are recyclable. The whole process operates according to HACCP standards, while the packaging plant has ISO 22000:2018 certification.
In 2021 Enthalpia presented a series of organic herbal mixtures whose composition makes them not only pleasant and tasty but also very beneficial. Each herb has a wealth of beneficial ingredients and healing properties. The formulations we create are based on the properties of herbs recognized by the European Medicines Agency. Careful combinations, accumulation of knowledge and tests result in the creation of botanical infusions with a unique aromatic and taste identity without caffeine that can be consumed all day hot or cold. The careful selection of top raw material elements gives a special result in an interactive experience for the user in the preparation of the drink with variable options such as the amount of water and mixture, the temperature of the water, the time of extraction and the addition or non-sweetening substances. The result is the creation of a unique result in terms of intensity and aftertaste of the drink in the user's 'measures'.
